Increasing FVS Awareness through Welcome Package Redesign

Brochure is improved with more concise visualization and information architecture, while Contact/request card is a new addition with the purpose of informing patient families where to call or submit a non-clinical request.

Increasing FVS Differentiation through branding and Two-sided information

Table-Tent placed on Nurses station enables both nurses and patients/families to receive direct information about FVS and make them distinct from nurses.
- Patient-Facing Side: Deters families from making non-medical requests to nurses
- Nurse-Facing Side: Asks nurses to redirect families to FVS if they have non-medical requests

Branded uniform and friendly mascot make FVS staff stand out amongst other clinical staff at the hospital, solving the problem that they were initially unrecognizable.

Making it easier to navigate to FVS services spots

The redesigned 3D map simplifies navigation by clearly marking indoor and outdoor areas, providing tailored directions, and showing how FVS supports families in finding their way.
